conceal of facts could be ground of divorce

sir my wife conceal the facts before the marriage she had the surgery of legs she sufferered from rickets during childhood ,she had surgery on both knees , her legs are not straight , could it be ground of divorce . also they told us the surname malhotra but after marriage that was also found false . she is also suffering from migraine also. she had also skin problem on both collarbone sunburn (big black spots on both shoulders) please guide .

The mis presentations are not so material warranting divorce. If she is leading a good marital life then do not go for divorce.
There is no guarantee that you second marriage would prove to be a bliss.

she is not living with me she filed crpc 125 just after 4 month of marriage and child maintenance case
