Dear sir,

Complainant having head office in Mumbai.But complainant have branch in Baroda.cheque was presented in baroda branch. Complainant was filed case in Mumbai.At present judgment passed in favor in complainant.
Where accused have to file the appeal as per ordinance (11-06-2015). Baroda or Mumbai?

Bill passed by Lok shabha only and not by Rajyashabha, when the Govt. Pass any ordinence then it may be decide
