objection application for selling a house property

Dear sir,
There is a 3 property say A is a vacate plot B and C is a house property. For property A and C I am only a owner. Now owner of property B want to sell his property to other parties not to me. I am ready to purchase that property at market rate. In this case may I have a priority for purchase that property? If yes than how? Give other guidance as you wish. Thanks

Is your property just next to property B ? If yes then you can file a suit for pre-emption to have first right of refusal.

Yes barman sir my property is next to B. Sir can you please elaborate about suit for pre-emption to have first right of refusal? Ajayji that owner have prejudice interest toward me so I have only one option to buy that property is to follow legal procedures. So please advise me accordingly. Thanks sirs

The property belong to him, legal proceedings may not fetch guaranteed favorable results. First try through common friend. Filing suit should be your last step.

Prefer amicable settlement by offering "some" additional amount in consideration, rope in someone (his friend, relative or known person) and get it mediated.

Sir amicable settlement is not possible thats why I have only one option and that is knock the door of court. . So advice me accordingly.

The chances of success through court suit or legal action as solution to your problem are very remote. Take the advise of your local advocate on some other steps/mode to acquire the property.
