Divorce query

We got married on 30th jan 2014. Never ever we lived together. Not even for one day. Girl lives with her family and her family is unaware of our marriage. My question is can we apply for divorce by mutual consent on 31st jan 2015 since one year to marriage will be completed ?

also whether one year separation for divorce by mutual consent runs after one year of marriage or it can be considered from the date of marriage ?

Please advice. Thanks in advance.

It is academic query. Marriage is performed, not consumated, the girl is living with parents, and the parents do not know about the marriage. The boy is thinking for divorce. Then when the marriage took place? What was the purpose? Why does he want divorce now? Good script for movie.
