Dear Experts,
I want to ask you critical question that
If a group i,e. TATA Birla group, eros group,The wadhva group,Eldeco Group etc.
want to register itself as a group then what is the procedure of its registration?
Is there any need to register itself as unique registration for all companies(w/o Regd. under Companies Act)
If it is possible then can you refer me any case and selection of Companies Act.

Mr. Desai,
You should not bother about that, as all these renowned companies have their own law departments to take the initiative and to adopt right procedure to do the needful.
Moreover, yours is neither a legal problem, nor you are concerned with that. If still you have curiosity to know about that for your personal information, you can contact the legal department of any of the aforesaid groups.

Thank you so much for instant reply.
1.company registered under company act as a ABC Pvt. Ltd or ABC Ltd. and these company use 'ABC GROUP' name to publish on various media like news paper advertisement, website etc.
2.company have their own ABC Pvt. Ltd or ABC Ltd. But they do not publish company register name.
4.Company publish whole project under the name of 'ABC GROUP'.

my question is very simple what is ABC Group ?
1.Company registered under company act
2.Co.op.Society registered under society act
3.Trust registered under trust act.
4.Association
5.proprietorship firm
6.Partnership firm
7.Organization with or without registration.
8.Associate firm
9.any other
which act is applicable to "ABC GROUP".

Mr. Desai,
Your query is still an academic query, not your personal problem. Your first qury was about reputed company groups, now your have come with the problem of some fictitious ABC. Let the headache of ABC companies be tackled by the Boards of ABC companies. Why you carry their headache on your head?

You can get the desired information about the said company from the company's annual activities published by them periodically after closing of their periodical accounts. approach the company directly and get the information.
