You have given no fact, so what defence can be advised.
Fight the cases on merit.

Unless you give the full facts, how can we advise you?
Guest (Expert) 25 June 2014
Depends upon the cause and background for the civil arbitration case and the criminal case independently, as both the cases cannot be with the same cause of action.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 25 June 2014
I do agree with the wise opinion of Dhingra Sir.
K.K.Ganguly (Expert) 26 June 2014
1. Why criminal case has been filed against the loanee by the Bank?

2. Was ant fake title deed submitted by him for mortgaging property?

3.Without knowing the full facts, it is impossible to advise any thing,

4. However, simply put, the best way to get rid of the problem is to repay the loan taken with agreed interest,
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 26 June 2014
As rightly observed by experts, the arbitration case may be of some other cause of action to that of the criminal case, so better furnish proper details if you want proper advise/opinion.
malipeddi jaggarao (Expert) 27 June 2014
Let the author respond to my advice and also or expert Shri Ganguly's.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 28 June 2014
I agree with experts, incomplete information.
