i love a girl who is 17 years old .her parents are against our marriage.she is telling me to escape with her because her parents are beating and harassing her..i want to marry her when she will turn 18 years old but her parents warned me that if u marry with her we will file an fir against u and will make duplicate age proofs of her ..my gf is in very serious problem ..please help me

Once she becomes adult, marrying her would not attract any penal provision. So better wait till she turns 18 and then perform marriage.

Till both are of marriageable age, no step should be taken.

Wait till she reaches 18 years through even if you marry her earlier, the marriage is not VOID OR VOIDABLE.

As properly advised by all experts, wait for her to complete 18 years of age and then think of marrying her in the manner you and your parents may desire, before that do not try any pranks lest you will booked for many offences.
