property transfer through a regd.gift deed is irrevocable unless ,a competent court cancels such transfer by gift due to forgery etc...

if no such court order is there to cancel, a Regd.gift deed, cannot be revoked now.

Sro cannot stop any future registration of the property when you sell.

you are entitled to sell the property without any problem.hope you got the property mutated in your name in SRO and latest E.C shows your name as owner.

once gift deed is made duly stamped and registered you are absolute owner of property . you can sell the property if you so desire

Is there any condition imposed in the gift deed?
Shwetansh (Querist) 14 March 2014
Dear arunagiri there is no condition imposed in it
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 14 March 2014
The gifted property becomes property of the person to whom it is gifted and gifting person can not get it back.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 14 March 2014
The gifted property will be your own property over which nobody including the donor has any right over it now. You have full rights to dispose the property in the manner you wanted it to be.
Shwetansh (Querist) 17 March 2014
please give me way as now they file the case
Nadeem Qureshi (Expert) 18 March 2014
Dear Querist
if the gift deed is not conditional then they can not do any thing against you or they can not restrain you to sell the property.

you should contact local lawyer . fight case on merits
