In civil suit I have to file evidence[defendant] there are two other defndants of same family ,common w.s is given now
1- can I file evidence as dw-1 ,other adopting the same
2- should I have to file separate evidence for all defendants.

pl. do not say acedamic query,if not possible do not waste ur valuable time.
