Non-issuance of share certificate. is it sufficient reason to get stay order on redevelopment?

no you wont get stay on redevlopment . if 70%of mamebes want redevlopment society can go in for redeblopment .

as far as you are concerned it appears you are not a member of society . if previous owner was also not issued share certifcate it would indicate he was not admitted as member of society . did the previous owner purchase dwelling unit from builder who constructed other units for members of society . better contact a local lawyer
