Dear Sir/Madam
My wife won interim Maintenance by telling lie about her Job U/S 125. Have filed Crpc 127 regarding that. How to proceed here. Please help.

NO . dont file for contempt of court .
in your application made under section 127 you must have mentioned about her current employment status , organisation she is working for .
the fact that your wife has not filed any reply to your application nor appeared in court will go against her . court may draw adverse inference against her .
the prayers must be in your application made in court . you have already argued your case . court will pronounce judgement on your application

If possible, obtain employment details from her employer and tell them about the mis-guiding the court of your wife. If you could get information, it will help you. Follow what Mr. Sethi suggests.

in your original query you have no where stated she filed reply to your 127 Cr Pc application . you seem to be improving upon facts in replies .
you should not file any perjury application . you have to prove that your wife is working . better engage a detective agency .

With the permission of the court call the employer of both X and Y Branch with record for witness. If possible you can obtain a pay slip from the department to prove that she is employed while submitting the WS. Agree that the detective agency would be useful for the purpose.
