About maintenance in dv case

My daughter has filed a DV Case. Hearing is for maintenance. Her husband in his WS has mention that he is jobless whereas he is earning handsome salary from private Firm. RTI applications to IT Dept and PF Commissioner has also not yield any result. How to prove that he is earning handsome salary to decide maintenance.

file an application before the court for direction to respondent to disclosed his earning, assest, liability, saving and living status.

Itax department wont furnish income tax retruns of assessee . you have to make application to court calling upon husband to produce his income tax returns for last 3 years .
