atm card

I have lost my atm card and I have done FIR for it. Now I am going to submit form for new card. Would you tell me whethe bank will charge for it or not? If I attach copy of FIR then?

Since yourself had lost it bank would charge and you could request for nominal or minimum charges.Have you immediately informed the bank after loosing it.

You should have immediately blocked the lost card with the Bank so that it may not be misused. New card would be issued on payment of service charges which differs from Bank to Bank.
