Crpc 125 maintenance

My wife had made false allegations angainst me and my family for dowery harrassement. She also alleged that we had beaten her and taken her coupboard keys and ornaments which she had accepted that ornament and keys were with with her and we have notary of that with her, her mother and father sign. How much this will be effective in court for us. Will she get maintenace if she is not able to prove allegations? I have 4 moths son also.

if you proved that she is able to maintain her self and she left your company without sufficient cause then she will not be entitle to get maintenance

You have to defend the case of dowry harassment and prove that she is able to maintain herself.

Brother.. the allegation of dowry harassment is not the point for consideration in maintenance cases.
If ur wife proves she is been willfully neglected by u and she had no source of income for her maintenance..U R bound to give maintenance to ur wife...

125 cr p c only deal with requirement of your wife and child to survive, The income of husband, her reason to live separate, and amt reqd to live in same standard of Living.

All other facts u stated is immaterial for 125[ though material in DV, 498A etc]
