IN THIS CASE POLICE HAS FILED CHARGE SHEET IN JMFC COURT. COMPLAINANT IS NOT PRESENTING IN THE COURT FOR LAST FOUR DATES. EVERY ACCUSED IS PRESENTING BEFORE THE COURT IN EVERY DATE.COMPLAINANT IS DOING JOB IN DUBAI.IN THE FIRST HEARING COURT HAS GIVE ORAL ORDER TO COMPLAINANT " DON'T GO OUT OF COUNTRY UNTILL THIS CASE IS NOT OVER". BUT IN OUR KNOWLEDGE COMPLAINANT IS READY TO GO DAUBAI. IF WE MAKE THIS POINT BEFORE THE COURT, CAN COURT ORDER TO CONCERN AUTHORITY TO ATTACHMENT THE PASSPORT.

if the court give direction to him, without consent of the court the complainant could not allow to out of india, so you file memo aforesaid fact before the court and get direction to passport authority.

as on date complainant has not flouted court orders . it is mere apprhension on your part that complainant would leave india . if he flouts court orders complainant will suffer the consequences . wait and watch
