Whether to highlight the important lines in the judgement/ca

Please inform whether it is permissible to highlight the important or relevant lines in the judgement/case law while submitting before the Hon’ble Judge or Unmarked judgement/case law is to be required for reference

Yes, there is no restrictions in highlighting the important or relevant lines in the judgement/case law while submitting before the Honâ'ble Judge.

It is not required but if a lawyer wants to insert some important lines of any relevant judgment, he can do so.

u can highlight. Whernever particular para are line is referred in the argument we have to highlight it because judges have not time now a days because they are always thinkg to complete their monthly judgment quota. Some times may ignore the referred line or para.
