Hello Sir I have a private trust and I am seeking loan from a bank. Will I need to take permission from district judge for mortgaging the trust property. Please let me know other concerns regarding the same.

Question: my father have two wife one died earilerthe fist one that have one child.the second have three child .the second marrige was NATA because first was handicaped .the second marrige occur before fist was died.am the second wife"s son what is my part in propety.the legal divorce not occur but first one writen a maintaince letter in behalf of my father....that half of property is for his own son and half of second wifes son named me.
