iam in Bangalore iam doing PEST CONTROL SERVICE business iam not manufacturing any Chemical, just iam buying Chemicals from Market and using, its a PROPRIETORSHIP company i had registered it under shops and establishment act of the Karnataka state do i need to need any more legal thing or documents or its done and one more thing as iam doing PEST CONTROL SERVICE whether i required to apply service tax on my Billing because my Business turn over is just around Rs.15,000 does service required please answer me any one from Bangalore can answer it or any other from other city also.
