Legal case on nbfc in delhi

Dear Experts,

I took a Two wheeler Loan from a NBFC in Delhi and the details of which are as under :
Total Cost of Bike on Road = 55000
Down payment =23000
Amount Financed by NBFC =35000 ( Including Filing Charges and stamp Charges )
The rate of interest was 14% p.a
Now when I checked the Loan schedule I found they have increased the amount by Rs. 2780.
How Can I make complaint of this NBFC and which is the appropriate Forum ?
Will We have to move court for the same ?

Please guide on the above matter.

ask the NBFC for detailed statement of account . if you had taken loan at floating rate of interest then it may have changed . you need not move court .

Get the detail of charges by the NBFC. Apar from advised by the expert the expanses may be of processing fee, documentation charges, service charges etc. confirm first. If not satisfied with the reply you can move to consumer forum after sending notice.
