Latest sc ruing about vat payment on purchae of flat in maharashtra

Hi,

It would great hep if experts here can et me know about the current Sc ruing about VAT on purchase of fat in Maharashtra.

As I have been given notice by th ebuilder to pay 1.10 % of agreement value and he is saying that it has been finalized by Honorable supreme court.
Also , builder is saying that ,the applicability of fine/interest is still pending and for that he is taking undertaking from us on stamp paper that in future if SC rues that fine/interest has to bee paid , it is the customer who has to bear this cost.

Since I have not agreed to pay this, the builder is not allowing me to access the cub house facilities for which I have already paid .

Also , please let me know if I can find a good property lawyer in and around pune

sue him in consumer forum where he will be bound to show the said judgement, if he has one and then your advocate can argue whether or not this is applicable in the case.

What about not allowing us to use club house facilities.
Also , can some body suggest good Lawyer in pune with genuine interest in customer safeguard.
