Reference to citation and presentation

Sir, Please inform me of Citation found on the Internet is it right to quote the Number of citation and submit a copy of the same in a Case? Or from where can we get a copy of the citation needed to submit to the court. Does the copy of the Citation need to be stamped or attested by a Notary to confirm its a true copy?

Citation obtained online is equally reliable and it need not to be attested through notary.

Citations downloaded by internet is equally trustworthy as of journals and it needs not to be notary attestation.
