Want to add surname in 10th certificate

Dear Sir,

Pls help me to correct my full name in 10th certificate.
My name in 10th certificate is Rajesh Kumar.
But after that in all documents in 12th, BSC,PG Diploma, Driving licence, Pan Card it is Rajesh Kumar bhandari.
I want to add my surname in high school certificate also.

I did 10th in 1987.
Is it possible to add surname in 10th certificate?

you have clared your 10th in 1987 . more than 24 yeears have passed . it is doubtful that your school will agree to make changes in certifcate now . you will need a court order .

Will I have to produce cort order along with 10th documents where ever 10th documents required?

You shall have to enclose the certified copy of the court order to the board and shall have to get the desired relief therefrom.
