Marriage photo and witness is sufficient evidence,no documents are required. You can file divorce suit on mutual consent with your husband which may quick disposal, otherwise you can file a divorce suit from your side on contest, which is lengthy process.

Dear Querist
marriage photograph is sufficient to prove your marriage and you can file the divorce case u/s 13 (1) (ib) of hindu marriage act and according to section 21 B the period for disposal is six month from the date of service of summons so far as is practicable

feel free to call

is your husband ready for divorce? if your husband has harassed you for dowry and tortured you you shoukld ahev filed complaint under DV act /498A .

divorce by mutual consent is best option

If your marriage was done under ritualistic hindu marriage then no document is required but you need to wait till one year after the date of marriage.
