Rent control in haryana

Sir
I am a lady senior citizen of Faridabad Haryana I wish to rent out my HUDA alloted purchased residential house 108 Sq Yard by me with a proper SALE DEED.

Now I wish to rent my house for which the rent may be around Rs 8000/- to 12000/- What type of agreement or lease as well as period I should execute so that it may be easy for me to get it vacated when I need in future.Any copy of such agreement if available may be attached.Your guidance is solicited.Which rent law is applicable in Haryana.Can also guide to whom should I contact at Faridabad who can get this agreement executed

enterinto leave and license agreement for 33months . have the agreement duly stmaped and regd .

get agreement drafted by local lawyer .
