sirs,
can anybody upload a model of a detailed commission report of an advocate commissioner, after inspecting the affected area due to the drawal of electric line through the petitioner's land .

(Sec.68,164 and 165 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Sec 10,16, and 18 of the indian Telegraph Act, 1885 )

there are no such model reports of Local Commissioners.

Simply mention the name of the court, number of the case and title of the case on the paper.

prepare a presence sheet on the spot

prepare your report as per the factual position and submit to the concerned court. do refer to the relevant order which empowered you to visit the spot.

a detailed site map showing the alignment of the electricity line passing thru the relevant survey number would be of great assistance to the court and which should be prepared by the adv commissioner in his report.
