Want to procure copies of chargesheet

HELLO SIR,

A WRIT PETITION IS PENDING IN THE HIGH COURT FOR QUASHING OF THE FIR IN LOWER COURT. THE COPS HAVE FILED THE CHARGESHEET. THE FRAMING OF CHARGES HAS NOT BEEN DONE PENDING WRIT PETITION. I HAVE NOT RECD ANY SUMMONS. THE MATTER IS ONE YR OLD AND THE OFFENCE IS NON COMPOUNDABLE.

NB:****** I WOULD LIKE TO AVAIL A COPY OF THE CHARGESHEET. AM I EMPOWERED TO GET A COPY WITHOUT MAKING ANY COMMITTMENT. IS THERE ANY OTHER PROCEDURE WHERE I CAN GET THE PHOTO COPY OF THE CHARGE SHEET VERY EASILY.

Yes any of the accused person can collect copies of charge sheet from the court record. It does not amount to admission of guilt.
Alternatively you can apply for its certified copy.

Getting the certified copy of charge-sheet is the right of the accused and it is provided free of cost by trial court under receipt of the accused person so get it from the court concerned.
