sir, i have a exam and it is often asked in our exam that frame the charge so what is the sweet form of framing of charge. reply me as soon as possible and other question regarding issue how issue can frame in suit by the court and form writ petition of any writ, i will be very greatful to u if u reply me today.

Pick up any CrPC Bare Act, it's there in the annexures - Schedule II - Form No.32
