Hi,

Is it mandatory for the accused to be present in court on the day of arguments between 2 lawyers(opposite party and my lawyer) ?

Is it mandatory for the accused to be present in court on the day of judge giving final verdict ? if judgement is expected to be in our favour ?

have we taken a unanimous decision whether to reply or not to anonymous queries?

till final decision is taken cordinator i am giivng my inputs to the query .

it is advisable for accused to remain in court during arguments . your lawyer may forget to argue a point or so . you can draw his attention to the same . dont blame the advocate tomorrow if you lose the case .

on date of judgement accused has to remain present

I agree with Mr. Sethi, accused should be there for listen to his/her lawyer argument & according to Mr. Sethi, if in any question or if the advocate forget any question which may be good for the accused the accused can give the hint to advocate, Is is not mandatory but it should be.
