Dear Experts,

"A" filed a suit against "B" wherein "A" appionted "X" as his Advocate. in said case "X" made many serious alligations against "B". some of the alligations are defematory too. After that the matter settled out of court and a consent trems was diled by both the parties.

After some times "B" fled a similer type of suit against "C" wherein "B" appointed the same advocate "X" as his lawyer. the said "X" made lamost similer types of allegations against "C" which he made against "B" in previous case.

now after about a year "C" came to know about the details of case filed by "A" against "B" and the appearance of the said advocate "X" against "B".

is there any remedy available for "C"? is there any judgment/order available for "C"? Pl. provide me citations at the earliest. i need it urgently.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards.

Not any other remedy. "C"can taken that judgment of that old case for his defense.

Advocates are nothing but the agent of the clients. As long as an advocate performs his duty as per the advice of his client nothing could be done against him.
So instead of focusing on X , concentrate on merit of your case.

Experts,

how a person could made a serious alligation against one person in one matter and in a very similar type matter he said that his client is very innocent and make alligation against other person? just because he is paying by the said fellow?

In the very manner you are experiencing and yet surprising. If you are C you can not attribute X for allegations made by him in suit of B as they are attributable to only B and not X.In earlier suit they were attributable to A and not X.That is how in law things are.

You seem to have no other defence except this irrelevant one.

You are shifting your concentration on some other person, instead of concentrating on the main issue.
