Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 20 December 2011 This query is : Resolved 
sir, i and my friends formed a society, under the society we are runnig the jr college.while runnig the college disputes arose between the partners.some of the directors forged my(and one of my director) sign and deleted our name from the society.with out notice they submitted new body to registrar and formed a new body.AT THIS STAGE WHAT I DO ?. PLS GIVE ME A SOLUTION.THEY CREATED A FORGED DOCUMENT

You can lodge complaint with the Registrar of Society for redress.
In the meantime you can initiate criminal cases of forgery against those members.
Filing a suit for declaration and injunction is another option.

file criminal complaint for forgery against the directors . if police do not investigate make an application under section 156 (3) directing police to investigate .

you can also lodge complaint with registrar of society

You can not only file a criminal case under section 420/467/468/471/120B IPC against all of those persons who did the alleged crime but can also file a civil suit seeking declaration of all proceeding as a fruad and frivolous and further to set aside it. You should also make representation with the registrar and should bring all these facts in his knowledge.
