My Mother have some ancesteral properties that she needs to get inherited.
The problem is that these properties were handed over to the AP High Court in 1958 to be distributed among the owners (Paigah Properties - Asman Jahi Paigah)
Since she has been living abroad and had no hands on knowledge about these properties until recently she did not apply for her share.
I would like to know to procedure to apply / request the high court to release them her share of property.
My grandmother was the daughter of Moin-ud-dowla, Asman Jahi Paigah, through whom my mother needs to inherit her share (3 sisters, including my mother).
I would be grateful if someone can help me in this matter as to what course of action needs to be taken to get her share of properties mutated to her name.

In the given facts, it shall be good for you to engage a lawyer practising in AP High Court and follow his direction/guidelines.
The first requirement in your case is to trace out the documents of title and court case details and up to date proceeding thereon and next course of action can be decided only after going through all those documents.
