Regarding a property dispute

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 12 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
Sir, my family is having an agricultural land in Hanumangarh Dsitt (rajasthan). We are owning this land from last 14-15 years. Previously, My grandfather bought this land from someone some 40 yrs ago, who bought this land from a person who belonged to scheduled cast. Now the relatives of the first party are claiming that the land belongs to them but our family is owning the land from last 40 years. So, I just wanted to know how should we proceed further and is there any way we can get our land back?? Kindly answer my question.
Thanks & Regards.

In Whose name the property is recorded presently and Who cultivates it?

How and whose relative is claiming it??Relative of seller or some one else???

As much time has elapsed, nothing can be done against you. Permission though is required but what was seller or his relatives were doing since last 40 years and when now cost of land has increased manifold, why the relatives of the seller have come out openly?

There are no chance of their success.
