You should also file an application under section 156(3) Cr. P.C. wherein court can send the complaint to concerned police station for lodging of FIR and investigation. If FIR is lodged then you have to provide copies of all such evidence in your hand to the investigation officer and if court do not send your complaint for lodging of FIR then put all evidence on court file while leading your evidence.

If you are a lawyer then take help of senior local lawyer and if you are a litigant then engage a lawyer for this purpose as it is difficult to seek online guidance day to day.

Mr. Makkad is right

Since you have already file private complaint you need not file another one u/s 156(3) crpc.

The case would take some time for recording your statement before charge, framing of charge , evidence and then argument to determine whether the accuser persons are to be punished or not.

am also agree with barman sir., while your private complaint is pending then no need to move under section 156[3] cr.p.c.

its waste of cost and time., just concentrate with current case., dont bother about police's omitting of your case.,

You filed the complaint to the Magistrate, what is the order of the court?

Whether it was taken up as a private complaint or forwarded to the police?
