sir, iam going to loss my property becouse of wrong decission of kerala high court division bunch honarable judge kurian joseph and burnuthmuth. my case is my realative was cofeposa detinue he was detine during emargency time when emergency lifted his detention also gone then afater 10 years they send notice to his property subsiquintly to my property too. then he paid some bribe to cofeposa athority and they release all his property but they forfitore my property the reason that im just realtive of him. many decision of suprem court saying whithout link they can evn send notice to relative . i aproch kerla high court single bunch allowed my petition but desparated safema official chennai appeal to division bunch , they r very angry to me cze i did not give bribe to them .unfortunatilly divission bunch judges did not knw this law . they orderd against me they found that this is not interdepend this indipendent proceeding. even a small child know that this is interdepend and they find some indirct loantransaction thre was no such loan transaction this was factual error. divisin bunch order saying ingenious litigent playing delaying tactics . it was totally wrong order . one of the judge was personaly very angry to my lawyer later i came to knw that im a very normal guy to knw all thse, im suprise that such things in judisery.then i file slp in supreme court of india supreme court did not admit dimiss in lime .supreme court dimising without go tru the case, if like that how normal people like me will get justice as a normal man wat can i do now? . This is first case in india detinue freed and his property freed only relative propoerty forfitre without any reason , they dont have any reason. this our justise. I Denied equel right of law im losing my constitutional right becouse of ignornce of juges. what can i do know pls advise me

You file a review petition before Supreme Court now and this is the only hope of ray otherwise there is no scope for you.

you cant levy serious allegations against the judges merely because they decided against you .
