Good Afternoon,
What is the process to terminate the services of workmen who was declared as Protected Workmen during the process of disciplinary action against him.

Since you are HR concerned with a company ,I am sorry we EXPERTS are unable to resolve your issue because your company can afford personal services of an advisor.we do not lend support for free buy to those who can afford.simultaneously it is in the interest of the company that it discusses the issue on one to one basis communicating each and every fact.

Even if any employees is protected under any law (perhaps you mean under ID Act), even then he is not above and over disciplinary action. Law is meant to be abided by all.
