hello,
my husband had taken a loan from my father and now he is not giving it back now he has demanded more money but my father is not able to give now, and he has told me to stay at my parents place if i cannot get the funds.Kindly help me what actions can i take??
my father does not have anything in writhing for the money given and had given cash.
Please help!!
he has send the divorce papers,and now even i dont want to stay with him,but now i want to claim maintenance from him and teach him a lesson.

Without delay issue the reply notice to your husband's legal notice for divorce.. You should be stated the entire facts about his money demands, by your denial now he issued this legal notice.. Then file a dowry complaint against your husband.. Teach a lesson to your husband. IF YOUR STATEMENT IS TRUE MEAN.

File complaint against your husband under the provisions of D.V.Act and also in Indian Penal Code.

. you can move against your husband under DV act make a claim for maintenance . right to stay in shared household .if your husband wants divorce do not agree unless he agrees to pay you maintenance

thank you to all who replied,my parents are worried because we have heard that case takes a lot of time,a minimum of 4 to 5 yrs.
