Under which Section/ provision of Cr.P.C a magistrate can interfare with the investigation of a crminal case?

magistrate can't interfere in investigation. He can only order to investigate u/s 156(3) or send matter to police for inquiry u/s 202 or after receiving report u/s 173 may send back the matter for further investigation.

Magistrate can order further investigation in the matter regarding any issue of fact after completion of investigation or order fresh investigation into the matter u/s 156 (3), 190, 191, 173 (8) and 202 (1) of Cr.P.C.

magistrete can't interfare in investigation!
after submit the investigation magistrate can do as above experts says!

yes.. what do you mean by interference here?? more facts are required.... but generally a magistrate cannot do so...
