Mutation of property.

Is there any fees for delay in mutation. And if concerned officer is still asking than what to do in such case.

Ask for the receipt for late fee.

Mutation in revenue records does not attract any late fee.
He may ask for some other fee like land revenue tax which is of accumulative nature.
Get clarification from the officials
