an elder daughter of a Hindu Nair nuclear family married without the permission of her parents.the parents distributed all their properties to younger daughter.including their ancestral properties.have any right for elder daughter to acquire the share of properties ?

Yes the daughter has got the right in the ancestral property. She can knock the doors of the court.For more detail contact 9868529732

Yes,she has right to get her share in ancestral property only but does not claim share in self acquired property.
