EPF and EPS money not received

Dear Experts,

After completing 4 years, I had left my job through proper resignation and one month notice in June 2010. I had sent my properly filled EPF and EPS form along with all the necessary documents to my previous employer in August 2010 through courier.But my employer has not forwarded my application to the PF department till date. I have inquired with the HR manager and also the accounts department many times on phone and also through e-mails. But they are not giving any reply or update. Please guide me what to do now?

You may send a grievance to the concerned PF office against the company. This facility is online

Send a legal notice u/s 80 C.P.C.

since not forwarding your application to P.F department by your previous employer amounts to deficiency in services so file a complaint before Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum.

Vishal, Thanks a lot for your guidance. I would do it online rightaway. But please help me understand how EPF Grievance management System could help before the application is forwarded to them by my previous employer?

I need help to make my previous employer forward my application to the concerned EPF office as soon as possible.
