Photo copy od legal notice is admissbility evidence?

legal notice sent to recovery money, and as I am working in the Company, can I keep photo copy of the same to produce it before the court as an evidence, or whether it is an admissibility evidence in the eye of law?

your query not cleared friend.. even no problem to keep your notice's photo copy with you..

no.Photo copy is not admissible in evidence you may keep carbon copy of the said notice. Further, photo copy may be admissible when you show to the court that carbon copy is not available.

Photocopy is secondary evidence and hence can be exhibited in certain circumstances like when the original is lost, destroyed etc.
