ancestral agriculture land delhi

can a drunkard person sell his ancestral agriculture land in delhi.if his wife and minor childrens are against this sale.what is the remedy for this?

Even if the person is not a dunkard one cannot sale the ancestral property without concent of his hairs.take the objection to the transaction.object in change in ROR

In General the Manager /Kartha of HUF Ancestral Proerty has no right to transfer the proerty ( more thatn his share ) Any sale for family legal necessities is to be proved and established , otherwise the sale is voidable , even the person sold in normal condition /Normal disposing state of mind ( with out intoxication/any other influence )

The Sale by person whether it is ancestral /or/ self acquired - the sale is not with free will and with Free consent , it is under influence of intoxication and with out knowing what he is doing . The sale is liabel to be set aside on initiating Proper & required legal proceedigns and establishing that the sale was in drunken condition and with out any intention and with out any consideration etc .
