Merger & Acquisition

One of my creditor is going for merger with other company. They are not paying outstanding amount due to me. I want to stop this merger process.

I am not sure that after merger new company will pay off my debt or not.

Can I do That?

Is there any forms and where I have to file those forms?

Please advice

DEAR FRIENDS
I AM BEING LEGAL ADVISOR TO AN UNREGISTERED TEMPLE. IN THAT TEMPLE THE OFFICE BEAR HAS TAKEN 13,000/- RUPEES FOR NON RELEVENT TO THE TEMPLE ACTIVITIES. I AM GENERAL BODY MEMBER ALSO TO THE TEMPLE. NOW MY QUESTION IS CAN I GIVE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE OFFICE BEARER FOR MISAPPROPRIATION OF FUNE? AND WHICH OFFENCES WILL BE MADE OUT?

does any body have any cietation for any case u/s 138 of N.I. Act where case was accepted and decided on basis of "Signature Differs"/ "Signature Mismatched"

Regarding the booking amount

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a booked a flat in construction linked plan, when we late to pay the payment, builder will charge interest on that, but, builder was not complete his project, last three year.
Please give me suggestion, what can i do against him legal action.

Fair rent fixation

Dear Sir,

I planned to file fairrent suit in SCC in chennai. The guideline value is very low when compare to market value. If we work with guideline value the fair rent is very low ?

To get Transfer Certificate

A girl who has finished her 8th standard two years before.Due to economical background she could not continue her studies.she has approached the School for getting TC several times .THey are refusing because more than 7000 Rs fees due are pending .Without remitting they would not issue TC.She needs TC to join as a private candidate.At this postion how she can collect her TC?

can a firm can register the sale of the property in which it is existing and the property is in name of joint individual owners ,out of which one is partner of the said firm.
property is not in the name of firm,it is in the name of ind,joint owners. one joint owner purchased the said property by withdrawing from his capital from the said firm.
