Maharashtra stamp duty amnesty scheme

I have notarized relinquishment deed dtd sep 1997
Maharashtra govt has initiated Amnesty scheme for documents registered for less stamp duty or unregistered from 1980 to 2000 can avail this scheme
My relinquishment deed will be regularised after paying stamp duty as per valuation, physical presence of all parties who have signed on Relinquishment deed, not necessary, only stamp duty is to be paid
Should I avail this scheme?

Personal representative sell in personal capacity

Can a personal representative of an estate with letters of administration sell the estate property in their personal capacity?

Consideration

Complaint under section 200 the complainant and witness were examined. My query is that court didn't issue process to summons accused can it affect the complainant.

Query regarding commercial suit

In a commercial suit... PE and DE are closed... Matter fixed for FINAL ARGUMENTS.
At this stage, I want to file "hand writing expert report" In the court...
Is this possible at this stage of case to file it and the shall admit my request.
Please provide some case laws.... That documents can be filed any time even after closing of PE and DE

Rent hikes

i am a tenant of a shop and the landlord is a corporation belonging to jk govt. They are increasing the rent by 10 percent every year unilaterally and adding it to the basic rent. we have refused to accept this. please let me know the cap laid down by the supreme court of india regarding hike in rent ..THANKS

Procedure for merging one trust with other trust

Hi Team,
i need your help in knowing the procedure of Merging one trust with other trust
we have trust A which is having general social service objectives but we some donations for Annadanam and temples development (these are activities mentioned in deed)

now we recently started Other Trust B which does Temples development and Annadanam alone so
can we merge this 2 trusts and also can we donate the Amount to Trust B or merge them

Note: this trust's is not have any 80G and have only temples development and Annadanam in common

so can any one help me with leaving a steps to complete this procedure

is it writing an agreement by both parties of trusts in 20 rupees stamp paper is fine or do we need to register that as well ?

Termination of serviced

A employer wants to terminate sevices of employe but has never issused a employment/contract letter.
What the legal way out ? as per labour Laws/wages act

Ex-party decree

Respected Sir,
I have file a suit for declaration & permanent injunction for a property. The court grant temporary injection & said injunction is also extended.
My opposite party refused to receive court summon. But later on appeared before the court & pray for written objection. The ourt allow prayer of OP.
Thereafter OP remaining absent on several dates. My advocate prays for Ex-party order in my favour & court grant order in my favour.
My friend says that since OP is refused to receive count summon & failed to submit written objection against me within due time, the court will not vacate it's order.
Can such ex-party order be vacated & is there any time limit ?
When such order become absolute?

Notarised poa

Hi Experts. can you provide your advice on below

Father's property was sold by Daughter in 1995, Without the knowledge of Father & sale deed was executed by daughter via Notarized Power of attorney
( POA was fake does not have witness, seal notary does not hav register number of advocate, Signature of notary advocate is fake).
After 20 year again i.e 2015 Father again gifted the property to Daughter and Daughter again gifted the property to her daughter again,

Note - Person who had sale deed from daughter did not pay tax or transferred khata till 2020, will this sale deed executed via notarized POA valid in 1995.

Now whether Sale deed sustains or gift deed !!
