As mentioned in NO. 11/1/2010-JCA 6th October, 2010 of para no. 16 “It was observed that any appointment after resignation is to be viewed afresh / ‘Direct Recruitment’ (including reappointment) in the Government. As per the MACPS, the financial upgradations are to be allowed after completion of 10/20/30 years of continuous regular service from the entry grade. Last year in September I took one P.G with 3 people already living there in Greater Noida. I stayed there for only 1 day and left and returned the key to the P.G. owner and now when I asking my money back , he refuses to return it and saying that you fill a form and there it is written money will not be refunded and all and he is also saying I had a loss and all. But he didn't tell that at the time I took the P.G. How can I get my money back.

Fir booked 448, & 427

Dear Legal Counsel Members & Experts :

If a defendant gave complain in PS, police booked FIR under section 448 & 427, police served 41 crpc notice given, police requested to submit the documents of plaintiff.

How ever the plaintiff have court orders dated 01.09.2023 to demolish the compound wall by defendant. Plaintiff received court decree , waited for 6 months (from 1 sept 2023), no action taken by GHMC though the plaintiff gave written complain on defendant, now plaintiff dismantled the compound wall at 7:00 pm in the evening.

My question is : what are the consequence on plaintiff, as police booked FIR under section 448 & 427.
2) what might be the procedure or process further.
3) How soon it might take to get resolved this issue

Best wishes. ksp
