i case any of the parties is nor satisfy with the decision of court. can he file the case in higher court like high court?
Quick Summary
If you are unhappy with the decision made in a District Civil suit regarding a property issue, you generally have the right to appeal the judgment. This means you can take your case to a higher court, such as the High Court, to seek a review of the original decision. Your legal representative should be able to guide you through the appeals process.

Yes. What did your lawyer say about this?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 09 February 2024
If you are aggrieved by the judgment then you can always prefer an appeal before the appellate court
