Labour without pf esic formality

Dear Sir,
I am supplying labour to a company now what is the maximum limit for supply of labour without PF ESIC formality as per Labour Norms. as nither i have labour liacence nor PF Esic registration. ?

as per the EPF act if the strength of employee more then or 20 then they all come under the coverage, even it bellow the employer is like to come under then it called volunteer coverage . If the contractor (you) is not pay then the main principle is liable. sure it make problem, if you are not have registration with EPF and ESI then ask your principle to detect and pay to your labour.

You cannot supply labour if you have no labour license. For your safety and security, it is strongly advised you to have such license otherwise you shall be in a high danger especially if any untoward incident happens with any labour while performing his duty. Recently we have seen many accidents in factories where labour/workman got injured and even were killed and the contractor had to pay heavy compensations as those have neither licenses nor ESIC or EPF coverage.
