In survey number'A' 2 brothers got share extent of 7.5 guntas each,in old pahanis the extent was correct, but now in present pahani extent is wrong,that is in one pahani its showing 5 guntas,and in other pahani its 10 guntas,
So i request a suggedtion how to update/correct the entry in pahani,
Wat are the possible ways i can change the extent in pahani

One of my neighbour constructed house in b karab land,that b karab land belongs to them itself,but this b karab land was the way for my land,now this way(path) is blocked because a house is constructed,my question is1)to whom should i complaint regarding this problm?

We hindhu,my father got property in 1968 by registerd partition deed,all properties are ancestral,my father passed away in year 1990,after that propeeties mutated in name of my mother,my doubt is,
1)does my sister have right on this property?
2)does she able to file suit to get her partition?
My fathers sister expired long back about 30 years ago but now her children filed a suit on my fathers property,my fathers property mutated in my mother name,because my father expired in 1990. My father got his share in year 1968 and share paper is registered
1)will they get property in my fathers share?
