getting original documents from coart

I submitted my original partition deed in court,when i ask my lawyer he is delaying lot to get those papers from coart?
How can i apply for those paper myself,get within short period?

Whether the case has been decided?

Whether the document has been marked as witness by the court?

Believe in you lawyer and have follow up.

Meanwhile apply for certified copy of the document.
