what ate the rights of husband, if wife found guilty. Can husband property or Income is consider for separation? specially if they have kids studying in school & below 18 years.

Wife is having external affairs, husband is aware of the same & want to collect proof of the same. what kind of proof are acceptable in court. Mobile bill showing frequent calls,Photo Graphs,sms or what? & what can be done for joint Property & Property on individual name. if he goes for legal fight.

Mr A is owner of Land. He expire & the same land is transfer to his Wife, the gropu of Land owner form trust to develope residential Building. Since A's Wife Expire the Life member ship transfer to Grand Son. Grand son had paid some amt as his share for Development of Res Premises.
Now Grand Son is not in possition to Pay the money more The Trust is charging interest. Since he has to pay approz 24 installments trust is sending notice either u pay or trust will cancell his membership as not folllowing trust rules.
What a poor person do since the property value is more than 95% then waht hw has to pay?
Can he enter in MOU with party that he will pay the borrowings within 2 to 3 years with interest & addition to that will give additional Amt say 3 Lacs

can society charge additional charges in maintainence bill to all members - without passing the same in AGM/ Sp AGM ? (incidenta Charges Rs 1000/- per month)

Investor has signed MOU with Developer on july 2010 on 100 Rs stamp paper. The MOU is not registered.
The MOU is to give advance for Construction of Building as per progress & to hand over entire building by developer to Investor.
Since the Progress is delay & now the investor is becoming partner in place of retiering partner of developer firm.
What are the steps to be taken before becoming partner? wether registration of MOU is required?
After becoming partner he him self will bound his partnership firm where his profit share is 25%.

Husband & Wife had purchased property jointly. the fisrt name in agreement is of wife & second name of Husband. The Payment is shown from Wife name & Payment amount of Husband is shown in books as Loan to Wife. What if wife dies wether Husband can have rights on the property?

Can Society Charge Interest on earlier Interest not paid?
